The factories are most important. and the 5 5 5 rule is the most cost effective way to build them, construction commanders make your structures cheaper to build therefore except for 1 research commander at your main research base all of your other base commanders should be construction commanders. no production commanders 'yet' not until all bases are built up to standard/factories are built and all bases are levi capable

On 1 base have 24 research labs so you can link all your other research bases to this and do any research you want faster

In the 5 5 5 rule when you have 16 11 6 1 built you might wonder which factory you bring to the next level first, cheapest, which is robotic factories then metal refineries then nanite then andriod, repeat this until you have 25 20 15 10, add 15 spaceports when your factories get to 20 15 10 5, add 16 shipyards and build up to 20 spaceports when your factories are at 22 17 12 7, its flexible.....you can work around it, this is for new bases. in a new account in a new server you would have to slightly alter the build method
