marquee

if I figure out how to get rid of that damn marquee scrolling across the top of this forum, it's GONE!

everytime I load a page, that is the last thing to load, so when I'm about to click on a link the marquee finally loads and everything drops down. many times I've clicked the wrong link due to this damn marquee. I want it dead. dead I tell you. dead.
